Tonight, I’d like to share some other tools that have helped me out during the last year.  Take a look at them and see if you can use them to help your operation.
Microsoft charges a lot of money for Office, even the Student and Home version.  If you want a good set of Office-like tools that costs zero dollars, look no further than Google Docs.  One big advantage is that Google Docs makes it easy to collaborate with others on a project without having to send files back and forth. The lastest revision always loads and the program makes all your revisions available, just in case you make a mistake.

Wink is a freeware product, designed as Tutorial and Presentation software. With it, you can capture screenshots, add titles, create explanation boxes, record audio as you  go, and more.  It works on all versions of Windows and some versions of Linux.
Wink will create presentations in the Flash format, EXE, PDF, PostScript, HTML.  It is really a useful tool.

http://sendible.com touts itself as a complete messaging platform.  Sendible lets you reach all your contacts from one place through email, sms, and social network messaging.  You can use the free account or upgrade for more messages and contacts.  A very handy service.
